Who we are

What these terms cover

These terms cover our website, drizzletech.net, and all of our products, including PinWorks, Mosely, RankRx and Turnaround. When you use a product, that product's own terms also apply. By using our website or products, you agree to these terms.

Ownership

Drizzle Technologies owns its products. That includes the software, design, content, names and logos.

License, not a sale

A subscription is a license to use the product while your subscription is active. It is not a sale. It does not give you ownership of anything listed under Ownership.

No copying

Without our written consent, nobody may copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or scrape our software, design or content, or use them to build a competing product.

White-label use of Mosely

An agency with an active Mosely subscription may show Mosely dashboards and reports to its own clients under the agency's own name, logo and colors. This is part of the license described under License, not a sale. The agency may not resell or copy Mosely outside of that use.

Your data stays yours

You own your data and your clients' data. Logos and brand assets you upload stay yours. You let us store and use them only to run the product for you.

Coming soon features

A feature marked Coming soon is planned. It is not promised by any date. It is not part of a subscription until it is marked Live.

Google user data

Our use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Accounts

Give true information when you create an account. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to make a binding contract where you live.

Acceptable use

When you use our website or products, do not:

• Break the law or help anyone else break it.
• Send spam or harmful code.
• Try to get into accounts or systems you are not allowed to use.
• Try to overload, break or get around any part of our products.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.

We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules.

Third-party services

Our products can connect to services run by other companies. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. If a third-party service changes or stops, a feature that depends on it may stop working.

Data accuracy

Our products show data from the services you connect and the information you enter. We cannot promise that data from other services is complete, correct or up to date. Check important numbers before you rely on them.

Fees and billing

Some products are paid. Prices are shown before you buy. Payments are handled by a payment processor. If a product is sold as a subscription, it renews each billing period until it is canceled, as shown at checkout. You are responsible for all fees and any taxes that apply. Fees are not refundable unless the law requires it.

Cancellation

You can stop using a product at any time. To cancel a paid subscription, use the cancel option in the product if it has one, or email [BLANK: CONTACT EMAIL]. Your license ends when your subscription ends. We may pause or end your access if you break these terms or do not pay.

Availability

We work to keep our website and products running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or stop a product or feature.

Warranties

Our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises of any kind, stated or implied, including that they will fit a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Drizzle Technologies is not liable for indirect, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnity

If your use of our website or products, your content, or your breaking these terms leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our resulting costs and losses, including reasonable legal fees.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If you keep using our website or products after a change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law
