What we collect
On this website
- What you type into our contact form: your name, phone number, email, company and message.
- Basic site usage, such as the pages you visit and the type of browser you use.
In our apps
- Account details, such as your name, email address and login details.
- Data from a Google account, but only if you choose to connect one. See Google user data.
Why we use it
We use information to:
- Answer messages you send us.
- Run our apps and help you when you need support.
- Keep accounts secure.
- Meet our legal duties.
We do not sell personal data.
Google user data
Two of our apps, Mosely and PinWorks, let you connect your own Google account. This section explains what each app gets from your Google account, what it does with it, and how you can remove it.
Mosely
What Google data Mosely uses
- Your Google account email, to show which account is connected.
- Your website traffic, such as visits, the pages people view and where they came from.
- Your search results, such as the searches you show up for, how many people see your site and how many click.
- Your business profile, such as your locations, views, calls, reviews and posts.
- Your ad results, such as campaign names, views, clicks, cost and sales or leads.
How Mosely uses it
- Mosely shows this data to you in dashboards and reports, and to anyone you give a login to view them.
- Mosely only reads your data. It never creates, changes or deletes anything in your Google accounts.
How it is stored and protected
- Your Google data is stored securely with our service providers.
Who it is shared with
- Only service providers that help us run Mosely, such as hosting, database and email delivery providers, and an AI provider when you choose to use an AI feature.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
How long it is kept and how to delete it
- We keep your Google data while your account is open and your Google account is connected.
- You can disconnect your Google account inside Mosely at any time. Mosely then deletes its saved access right away and stops reading your data.
- When you delete a client or close your account, Mosely deletes that data, including Google data, within 30 days. You do not need to ask us.
- You can also remove Mosely's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
PinWorks
What Google data PinWorks uses
- Your Google account name and email, to sign you in with Google and to show which account is connected.
- Your business profile, such as your business details, hours, services, photos, posts, reviews, questions and answers, and the people who manage it.
- How your business profile is doing, such as views, calls, direction requests and website clicks.
How PinWorks uses it
- PinWorks shows this data to you so you can manage your business profile in one place, and uses it in the reports you create.
- PinWorks makes changes to your business profile only when you or your team ask, or at a time you schedule. Examples are publishing a post, adding a photo, replying to a review or updating your hours.
How it is stored and protected
- Your Google data is stored securely with our service providers.

- Only service providers that help us run PinWorks, such as hosting, database and email delivery providers, and an AI provider when you choose to use an AI feature.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
How long it is kept and how to delete it
- We keep your Google data while your account is open.
- You can disconnect your Google account inside PinWorks at any time. PinWorks then deletes its saved access to your Google account.
- If you cancel, PinWorks keeps your data for 89 days after your last paid day so you can come back. Then it deletes it, including your Google connection and Google data.
- You can also remove PinWorks's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Our promises about Google user data
- Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
- We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train general AI or machine learning models.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless you give permission, it is needed for security or to follow the law, or the data has been made anonymous for internal operations.
How long we keep it
- Contact form messages: until we have handled your request, plus a reasonable time for our records.
- App data: for as long as your account is open.
- Google data in Mosely and PinWorks: see Google user data.
Your choices
Disconnect a Google account
In Mosely and PinWorks, you can disconnect your Google account inside the app at any time. To also remove the app from your Google account, go to myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Ask us to delete your data
To ask us to delete your data, email [BLANK: PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL]. Tell us which app or form your request is about.
Security
We use reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
Children
Our website and apps are not for children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
